TimeSong is a contract furniture company founded in Zurich in 20XX. We design, manufacture and install commercial furniture for hotels, offices, retail and public buildings, with no subcontractors between the drawing and the door.
Our Story

Founded in 1998 in Ho Chi Minh City, TimeSong has grown from a 40-person workshop into one of Southeast Asia’s most respected contract furniture manufacturers. We operate three ISO-certified production facilities spanning 65,000 square meters, with a combined annual output exceeding 2.4 million units.
Our clients include international hotel chains, Fortune 500 workplace projects, Michelin-starred restaurants, and luxury residential developers across 47 countries. Behind every delivery is a team of 1,200 craftspeople, a 27-point quality assurance protocol, and a commitment to FSC-certified timber sourcing.

Upon deposit confirmation, our design team produces detailed 3D renderings and layout plans so you can visualize the finished product in your space. We refine every detail — from dimensions to finishes — until the design matches your vision exactly.

Built with precision, tracked with care
Once the design is approved, production begins in our ISO-certified facilities. Each piece is crafted with rigorous quality control, using materials we’ve specified and tested. You receive regular production updates and photos, so you’re never left wondering about progress.

Delivered and installed — on time
After final balance payment, we arrange secure shipping and, where required, professional installation. Our team coordinates logistics, customs clearance, and on-site assembly, ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect condition and is ready to use without delay.

2008
Workshop founded
Twelve people, one joinery, first contract order for a 40-room hotel in Guangzhou.
2013
First export shipment
Full container of dining chairs to a restaurant group in Dubai. First lesson in export logistics learned the hard way.
2017
Own factory and test lab
Moved to a dedicated facility with an in-house durability lab. Testing stopped being outsourced from that point.
2021
Four-family catalogue
Consolidated the range into Seating, Tables, Storage and Lighting around one construction platform.
